Long-term rental Aarhus
In addition to our hostel rooms, we also offer seven long-term rental rooms.
Does your business need accommodation for employees, are you a commuter, a student or do you just need to rent a room for a period of time? In that case, you can advantageously rent a room in our long-term rental.
Aarhus Hostel og Hotel is located close to the motorway and also has great connections to Aarhus with public transport, and is therefore a good location to stay as a commuter or in accordance to work stays.
Our long-term rooms have living room and kitchen en suite. Furthermore, you will have access to WiFi, TV, common areas and usage of water and heat are also included in the rent.
Bed linen and towels are provided. It is the tenant’s own responsibility to launder, but it is also possible to rent a new set at the reception for 60, – per. set.
Once a week we provide basic cleaning of the common areas of the lease and ventilation of the entire dwelling. However, it is the tenant’s responsibility to clean up, keep order and generally make sure that the house is clean and tidy.

Conditions
Rental period:
The rooms are rented for a minimum of 1 month.
Rental starts per 1’th or 15’th of the month. Unless the room is available up to a rental period. Then you can pay proportionally until the start date.
A rental period always ends either on the last day of the month or on the 14th of the month at 10 AM
Payment:
Payable in advance or 1 month at a time. Price are incl. consumption, internet TV etc
Reservation:
Reservations can be made for an unlimited period, but must be paid for 1 month 10 days prior to the start/extension period.
Can I have a postal address at Aarhus Hostel og Hotel?
As long as you live with us you can register an address with us. However we charge a fee of 250,- DDK for handling in relations to inquiries and confirmation from the municipality of Aarhus.
