Payment
All prices at Aarhus Hostels webpage is enlightened in danish crowns included 25% VAT.
Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards while booking online including i.a. Dankort, Visa and Mastercard.
An administration fee of DKK 50,- is levied for issuing the invoice, when invoicing has been agreed upon with the hostel.
All room bookings are non-refundable.
To be able to book at Aarhus Hostel, we must be able to validate a credit card in connection with the booking. If the card is not valid, or there is no money on the account, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without further notice.
In the event of non-delivery of a key when departuring, we reserve the right to deduct 100,- in cost fees.
Payment is made in advance for 1 month at a time. Payment must be made no later than 10 days before a possible move-in day or extension of the lease.
2-4 days before deadline of the payment, you will receive an email with a link to pay next month’s rent.
If you do not wish to extend your rental, please notify Aarhus Hostel as soon as possible by call or replying to the payment email.
Cancellation
All room bookings is non-refundable.
Reservations can be made for an unlimited period but must be paid for 1 month at a time at least 10 days before the start/extension of the period.
If you do not want to extend your lease, notify Aarhus Hostel as soon as possible.
If you have lived in our longterm reantal for a minimum of 1 month and want to move out in the middle of a month, payment is made until the moving date.
