Living spaces
At Aarhus Hostel we have two living rooms, one on the ground floor and one downstairs. The living rooms are for the free use of the hostel’s guests. Both living rooms have flat screen TVs. In the living rooms you can sit back and enjoy the soft furniture in cozy and informal settings. In addition, a pool table is available downstairs for the game-loving guests.
Kitchen
Our communal kitchen is located downstairs. Here is a shared refrigerator, stove, microwave and plenty of space to unfold your gastronomic abilities. Attached to the kitchen you will find a dining area and seating area.
The refrigerators are emptied and cleaned several times a week. On the refrigerator hangs an overview of regular cleaning days.
The guest kitchen is reserved for single travelers and families (max. 10 pers.) And can therefore not be used by groups / camp schools.
Vending machine
In the foyer is a vending machine from which it is possible to buy beer, soda, chocolate, etc. You can also buy washing tokens and soap for the washing machine in the vending machine.
If you need to buy toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant or similar, this can be bought at the reception during the day. The reception is usually staffed during the day at 9-15. However, there is no fixed staffing and thus no fixed opening hours.
Outdoor areas
On our lovely green area there is plenty of space for various outdoor games and relaxation. You can freely use our campfire site in the forest area, our DiscGolf court or just enjoy the calm atmosphere on one of our terraces.
Washingmachine/dryer
If you need to wash your clothes, you can. Under the main stairs you will find the washingmachine and dryer. It runs with downloading the app PayPerWash. Guides can be found in the laundry room.
